Jerry Pionessa, Jr., P.E.. LEED AP

President | Civil Engineer | Strategic Infrastructure Leader

Jerry Pionessa is the founder and President of JMJ Group, LLC and JMJ Surveying and Mapping, LLC, where he leads a multidisciplinary team delivering civil engineering, land planning, and surveying solutions across Georgia and Florida. A licensed Professional Engineer in both states and a LEED Accredited Professional, Jerry brings over two decades of experience in municipal infrastructure, land development, and construction consulting.

His career spans the public and private sectors, including leadership roles in city government where he managed over $50 million in capital improvements and spearheaded transformative community development initiatives. At JMJ, Jerry applies a hands-on, client-focused approach to projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to military, civic, and utility infrastructure. His portfolio includes award-nominated streetscapes, business parks, water and sewer system upgrades, and complex permitting efforts.

Known for his strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and commitment to quality, Jerry continues to shape resilient, sustainable communities—one project at a time.

Noah Sirmans, PSM

Principal Surveyor | Geospatial & Boundary Expert

Noah Sirmans is a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper with over 16 years of experience in land surveying and geospatial services. As Principal Surveyor at JMJ Surveying and Mapping, LLC, Noah leads surveying operations across North Florida and South Georgia, overseeing boundary, topographic, and construction surveys that support land development and infrastructure projects. His technical expertise spans Carlson AutoCAD, GPS and total station systems, photogrammetry, and UAS operations.

Noah is known for his precision, leadership, and commitment to quality—embodying JMJ Group’s mission to deliver innovative, community-focused solutions with integrity and technical excellence.

DAVID PAGE, P.E.

Civil Engineer | Builder | Project Leader

David Page is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 14 years of experience in civil design, construction, and project leadership. He brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to site development, construction administration and management, stormwater systems, and infrastructure planning.

Known for his integrity, technical precision, and commitment to quality, David exemplifies JMJ Group’s mission to deliver innovative, client-focused engineering that improves communities and conserves resources.

Lauren Pearson, E.I.T.

Civil Engineer | Stormwater Analyst | Project Coordinator

Lauren Pearson is a civil engineer with a strong foundation in site development, stormwater modeling, and construction administration. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Georgia Southern University and certified Engineer-in-Training, Lauren brings hands-on experience from both public and private sectors, including work with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and multiple consulting firms across Georgia and Florida.

Lauren’s technical expertise includes basin delineation, pipe network analysis, hydrographic surveying, and asset management. Lauren is proficient in Civil 3D, StormWise, ArcGIS, and Primavera, and is known for her precision, adaptability, and collaborative approach to project delivery. She supports engineering teams with data analysis, scheduling, and technical writing, contributing to infrastructure solutions that are both efficient and environmentally responsible.

PAUL RAMOS

Senior Civil Designer | Site Grading & Drainage Specialist

Paul Ramos is a seasoned Senior Civil Designer with over 20 years of experience in civil engineering design, specializing in site grading, drainage systems, and land development. At JMJ Group, LLC, Paul leads the design of residential, commercial, and municipal infrastructure projects, applying his expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D to deliver precise, buildable plans.

Known for his reliability, problem-solving skills, and collaborative approach, Paul manages projects from concept through completion, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with client goals. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he brings a versatile and communicative presence to every project team.

TIFFANY RAMOS

CAD Technician II | Civil Drafting Specialist

Tiffany Ramos is a seasoned CAD Technician with over 15 years of experience in civil engineering drafting and design support. At JMJ Group, she plays a key role in developing construction plans for water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation infrastructure across Georgia and Florida.

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Tiffany excels at translating surveys, creating 2D site layouts, and supporting engineers with redline markups and section development. Her deep understanding of engineering concepts, combined with her precision and efficiency, makes her an invaluable asset to the design team and a strong contributor to JMJ Group’s mission of delivering high-quality, community-focused engineering solutions.

HEATHER DECKER

Project Coordinator | Office Manager | Bookkeeping Specialist

Heather Decker brings over 20 years of experience in office management and financial administration to her role at JMJ Group. With a strong foundation in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing, she ensures smooth day-to-day operations and supports project coordination across the firm.

Heather is proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and financial reporting, and is known for her organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to client service. Her background in construction and service-based industries aligns seamlessly with JMJ Group’s mission to deliver efficient, community-focused infrastructure solutions.

AMBER CRAWFORD

CAD Technician II | Drafting Specialist | Design Support

Amber Crawford is a skilled CAD Technician with 30+ years of experience in drafting, design, and product development. At JMJ Group, she supports the engineering team by preparing precise construction plans for civil infrastructure projects across Georgia and Florida.

With a strong foundation in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and technical design, Amber brings a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to every project.
