Our experience enables us to develop sound engineering documents, for proper construction administration and observation. Proper quantity and cost estimates enable the projection of schedules that can be met without significant delays. Many projects are often controlled by rigorous schedules set by demand of the client, economic conditions, and the weather. We are adept at establishing and meeting schedules. Precise, particular attention to proper design and cost estimating enables our clients to avoid construction contractor disputes.

We are not just engineers, we are landowners and sporting enthusiasts. We work with landowners to define long term strategies, establish goals and implement tactical interventions to make your land more valuable and productive. We listen to you and develop plans that conserve natural resources while creating a rich and diverse wildlife habit. We ensure that our stewardship of land practices are based on research and ethical guidelines.

We are available to consult with clients on real estate transactions. We help you understand the real costs and benefits inherent in every real estate transaction. We uphold the highest of moral principles so that you can have complete confidence in our real estate consulting services. We are often privileged to confidential information, acquiring certain valuable, proprietary, technical and economic information, and knowledgeable private industry practices. In consideration of its clients, we take all reasonable steps to preserve the confidentiality and proprietary nature of such data and information.

It is important to have accurate inspection for risk mitigation, compliance and to keep projects moving forward. We are licensed to conduct NPDES inspections for stormwater compliance and Loan Draw Inspections for lenders. We are responsive to our client’s needs and conduct thorough inspections in a timely manner. As part of the inspection process we maintain records and complete and issue any needed reports.
